82AOfficers of bodies corporate and other entities

#### 82A Officers of bodies corporate and other entities (1) Subject to subsection (2), officer, in relation to: (a) a body corporate; or (b) an entity; includes: (c) a director, secretary, executive officer or employee of the body or entity; and (d) a receiver and manager, appointed under a power contained in an instrument, of property of the body or entity; and (e) an administrator of the body or entity; and (ea) an administrator of a deed of company arrangement executed by the body or entity; and (f) a liquidator of the body or entity appointed in a voluntary winding up of the body or entity; and (g) a trustee or other person administering a compromise or arrangement made between the body or entity and any other person or persons. (2) None of the following is an officer of a body corporate, or of an entity: (a) a receiver who is not also a manager; (b) a receiver and manager appointed by a court; (c) a liquidator appointed by a court.
