37 Object
The object of this Part is to help ensure that: (a) the Corporations Law of the Capital Territory, and the Corporations Law of each jurisdiction other than the Capital Territory, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth; and (b) the ASIC Law of the Capital Territory, and the ASIC Law of each jurisdiction other than the Capital Territory, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth.
