111FInterpretation of application orders

#### 111F Interpretation of application orders (1) Subject to subsection (2), an expression has in an application order the same meaning as it has in this Law. (2) Where a provision of an application order has effect for the purposes of a particular provision of this Law or the regulations, an expression has in that provision of the order the same meaning as it has in that provision of this Law or the regulations. (3) Subject to subsection (2), Part 1.2 applies in relation to an application order as if the order’s provisions were provisions of this Law. (4) This section has effect in relation to an order except so far as the contrary intention appears in the order.
