111CSpecifying a matter by reference to another instrument

#### 111C Specifying a matter by reference to another instrument (1) Subject to subsection 111A(2), an application order may specify a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modifications: (a) the provisions of: (i) an Act of this jurisdiction; or (ii) regulations under such an Act; as in force at a particular time or as in force from time to time; or (b) matter contained in any other instrument or writing as in force or existing when the order takes effect. (2) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Law, an application order must not specify a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating matter contained in an instrument or other writing as in force or existing from time to time.
