109QReferences to Commonwealth laws

#### 109Q References to Commonwealth laws (1) In this Law, unless the contrary intention appears, a reference to the law of the Commonwealth or to a law of the Commonwealth does not include a reference to a law in force in a Territory in so far as the law is so in force by virtue of an Act providing for the acceptance, administration or government of that Territory. (2) For the purposes of this section, none of the following is an Act providing for the administration or government of a Territory: (a) the Corporations Act 1989; (b) the Corporations Law of the Capital Territory; (c) the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 1989.
