#### 109N References to offices and officers (1) A reference in this Law in general terms to a person holding or occupying a particular office or position includes a reference to any person who at any time occupies that office or position for the time being, or performs the duties of that office for the time being. (2) Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in this Law to an office or officer is a reference to such office or officer in and for the Commonwealth.
