#### 109B References to amended or re‑enacted Acts of the Commonwealth, this jurisdiction etc. (1) This section applies to a reference in this Law to a short title that is or was provided by law for the citation of: (a) an Act of the Commonwealth or of this or another jurisdiction, as originally enacted; or (b) such an Act as amended. (2) Except so far as the contrary intention appears, the reference is taken as a reference to that Act as originally enacted and as amended from time to time. (3) Where the Act referred to has been repealed and re‑enacted, with or without modifications: (a) the reference is taken as including a reference to the re‑enacted Act as originally enacted and as amended from time to time; and (b) where: (i) particular provisions of the repealed Act are referred to; and (ii) provisions of the re‑enacted Act correspond to those provisions; the reference to those particular provisions is taken as including a reference to those corresponding provisions.
