#### 106 Performance of functions by Commission delegate For the purpose of the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, under this Law by a Commission delegate, a reference to the Commission in a provision of this Law relating to the performance of the function, or the exercise of the power, includes a reference to the Commission delegate.
