9Counting employees

#### 9 Counting employees (1) For the purposes of section 37‑20 of the Act, this section sets out a method for calculating the number of employees of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation. > Note: The number of employees are calculated for the purposes of paragraphs 37‑10(1)(c), (2)(c) and (3)(c) of the Act and paragraph 17(c) of this instrument. (2) The method is: (a) count each full‑time employee of the corporation; and (b) for each part‑time employee of the corporation, work out a fraction that represents the employee’s weekly hours of work divided by the weekly hours of work of a full‑time employee; and (c) count the fraction for each part‑time employee of the corporation.
