#### 61 Application of amendments made by the Registered Native Title Bodies Corporate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2021 Section 55A, as inserted by the Registered Native Title Bodies Corporate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2021, applies in relation to any certificate prepared under regulation 9 of the PBC Regulations after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Registered Native Title Bodies Corporate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2021.
