#### 60 Savings—information or documents mentioned in the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Consequential, Transitional and Other Measures Act 2006 Despite the repeal of the old regulations by Schedule 5, the following provisions, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continue to apply as if the repeal had not happened: (a) paragraph 418‑10.01(c) of the old regulations; (b) Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the old regulations; (c) any other provisions of the old regulations necessary for the effective operation of a provision mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
