#### 49 Modification of Corporations Act special administration provisions For the purposes of paragraph 499‑10(3)(b) of the Act, the provisions mentioned in subsection 499‑10(1) of the Act: (a) apply to an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation that is under special administration as if a reference to ASIC were a reference to the Registrar; and (b) are modified as set out in the table in clause 1 of Schedule 4.
