#### 44 Inspection and production of records (1) For the purposes of paragraph 421‑1(1)(b) of the Act: (a) the Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations is prescribed; and (b) all information in that register, including all information in documents in that register, is prescribed. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 421‑1(1)(b) of the Act: (a) the Register of Disqualified Officers is prescribed; and (b) all information in that register, including all information in documents in that register, is prescribed.
