13 Rules concerning general meetings
For the purposes of paragraphs 201‑5(5)(b), 201‑40(5)(b) and 201‑50(9)(b) of the Act, the prescribed number of members is: (a) for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation with between 2 and 10 members—1; and (b) for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation with between 11 and 29 members—3.
