#### 11 Available names (1) For the purposes of paragraphs 85‑5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, the rules for ascertaining whether a name is identical to another name are the rules set out in clause 1 of Schedule 1. (2) For the purposes of paragraphs 85‑5(1)(c) and (2)(b) of the Act, a name is unacceptable for registration if it is unacceptable under the rules set out in clause 2 of Schedule 1.
