#### 85‑5.01 Availability of names (1) For paragraphs 85‑5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, the rules for ascertaining whether a name is identical to another name are the rules set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1. (2) For paragraph 85‑5(1)(c) of the Act, a name is unacceptable for registration if it is unacceptable under the rules set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1.
