#### 447‑5.01 Identity cards For subsection 447‑5(1) of the Act, the form of an identity card is any form that: (a) allows the authorised officer’s name to be displayed; and (b) allows a recent photograph of the authorised officer to be displayed; and (c) allows the date on which the identity card expires to be displayed; and (d) includes a statement that the person is an authorised officer for the purposes of the Act.
