#### 37‑20.01 Counting employees (1) For subsection 37‑20(1) of the Act, this regulation sets out a method for calculating the number of employees of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation for the following provisions of the Act: (a) paragraph 37‑10(1)(c); (b) paragraph 37‑10(2)(c); (c) paragraph 37‑10(3)(c). (2) The method is: (a) count each full‑time employee; and (b) for each part‑time employee, work out a fraction that represents the employee’s weekly hours of work divided by the weekly hours of work of a full‑time employee; and (c) count the fraction for each part‑time employee. > Note: See paragraph 37‑20(2)(b) of the Act.
