#### 94 Protection for persons acting under coroner’s direction 94 Protection for persons acting under coroner’s direction (cf [Coroners Act 1980](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1980-027), s 52A) > Anything done or omitted to be done by a medical practitioner or other person does not subject the person to any action, liability, claim or demand if the act or omission was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purposes of— > > > (a) conducting a post mortem examination or other examination or test pursuant to a direction under this Act, or > > > (b) conducting a review of the medical records of a deceased person pursuant to a direction under this Act.
