#### 41 Establishment of coronial investigation scene 41 Establishment of coronial investigation scene (cf [Coroners Act 1980](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1980-027), s 23E) > > (1) A police officer or other person may establish a coronial investigation scene at a place pursuant to a coronial investigation scene order in any way that is reasonably appropriate in the circumstances. > > > (2) A police officer or other person who establishes a coronial investigation scene must, if reasonably appropriate in the circumstances, give the public notice that the place is a coronial investigation scene.
