#### 101J Reports 101J Reports > > (1) The Team must prepare, within the period of 4 months after 30 June 2017 and then every 2 years after that, and furnish to the Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament, a report on domestic violence deaths reviewed in the previous 2 years. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the report may include the following— > > > > > (a) identification of systemic and procedural failures that may contribute to domestic violence deaths, > > > > > (b) recommendations as to legislation, policies, practices and services for implementation by government and non-government agencies and the community to prevent or reduce the likelihood of such deaths, > > > > > (c) details of the extent to which its previous recommendations have been accepted. > > **s 101J:** Ins 2010 No 28, Sch 1 \[3\].
