60 Coroner not to be called as witness
(1) A coroner must not be called to give evidence in a court or judicial
proceedings about anything coming to the coroner’s knowledge in
exercising a function under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to proceedings against a
coroner for an offence.
