50 Informal request for evidence
(1) A coroner may, on being requested by a person having sufficient
interest in an inquest or inquiry, request another person to give
evidence relevant to the inquest or inquiry.
(2) The request may be made to the coroner during an inquest or inquiry,
or before or after a hearing.
