39B Counsel assisting—revocation of appointment
A coroner must revoke a lawyer’s appointment under section 39 or
section 72—
(a) if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the lawyer is not, or is no
longer, eligible for appointment under the section, or is unable
to properly exercise the functions of counsel assisting; or
(b) for any other reason prescribed by regulation.
