38 Notice relating to conduct of hearing A coroner must, where practicable, not less than 28 days before conducting a hearing, give public notice of the date, time and place of the hearing. Note Public notice means notice on an ACT government website or in a daily newspaper circulating in the ACT (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
