29 Form of warrant for exhumation
A warrant for the exhumation of the body or the recovery of the ashes
of a person must—
(a) authorise the police officer to whom it is directed to exhume the
body or recover the ashes of the person named in the warrant;
and
(b) direct the person to whom it is directed to take the body or ashes
to the place specified in the warrant as the place for the post-
mortem examination of the body or analysis of the ashes.
