17A Considerations before exercising function or making
decision
In exercising a function or making a decision in relation to an inquest,
a coroner must have regard to the desirability of minimising the
causing of distress or offence to people who, because of their cultural
attitudes or spiritual beliefs, could reasonably be expected to be
distressed or offended by the exercise of the function or decision.
