17 Assistance to State and other Territory coroners
(1) A coroner may exercise any of the coroner’s powers under this Act to
assist a coroner of a State or another Territory in relation to a death in
that State or other Territory.
(2) If the Attorney-General requests, a coroner must exercise any of the
coroner’s powers under this Act to assist a coroner of a State or
another Territory in relation to a death in that State or other Territory.
