11 Registrar and deputy registrars
(1) The registrar of the Magistrates Court is the registrar of the court.
(2) Each deputy registrar of the Magistrates Court is a deputy registrar of
the court.
(3) The registrar of the court may appoint such deputy registrars of the
court as the registrar considers necessary for this Act.
