10 Oath to be taken by coroner or deputy coroner
(1) A coroner or deputy coroner must not exercise a function of office
before taking an oath in accordance with schedule 1, part 1.1 or
part 1.2.
(2) A judge of the Supreme Court or a person authorised for the purpose
by the Attorney-General may administer the oath to the coroner or
deputy coroner.
