#### 86 Matters to be included in application under subsection 153F(1) of the Act An application to the Tribunal under subsection 153F(1) of the Act (for a declaration that a company be a collecting society for the purposes of Division 2 of Part VII of the Act) must: (a) state that the criteria in subsection 153F(6) of the Act are met and detail how they are met; and (b) state whether the applicant seeks a declaration for all government copies or a class of government copies; and (c) if another company is declared as a collecting society under section 153F of the Act for the government copies for which the applicant seeks a declaration—state the name of that company; and (d) request the Tribunal to determine the application by declaring the applicant to be a collecting society for the purposes of Division 2 of Part VII of the Act or by rejecting the application.
