#### 84 Matters to be included in application under subsection 152(2) of the Act An application to the Tribunal under subsection 152(2) of the Act (for an order about determining the amount payable by a broadcaster to the owners of copyrights in published sound recordings for broadcasting those recordings in a period) must: (a) state whether the applicant is the broadcaster or the owner of a copyright in a published sound recording; and (b) if the applicant is the owner of such a copyright—state the name of the broadcaster; and (c) specify the period; and (d) request the Tribunal to make an order determining, or making provision for determining, the amount payable by the broadcaster to the owners of copyrights in published sound recordings in respect of the broadcasting during that period of those recordings by that broadcaster.
