81Matters to be included in references under paragraph 135ZZU(2)(b) of the Act

#### 81 Matters to be included in references under paragraph 135ZZU(2)(b) of the Act A reference to the Tribunal under paragraph 135ZZU(2)(b) of the Act (of the question whether the declaration of a body as a collecting society should be revoked) must: (a) state the name of the collecting society; and (b) state the provision of the Act under which the declaration was made; and (c) state the relevant copyright owners or the classes of relevant copyright owners for which the collecting society is declared; and (d) give details of the declaration of the society under section 135ZZT of the Act; and (e) state each matter described in a paragraph of subsection 135ZZU(1) of the Act of which the Minister is satisfied and why; and (f) request the Tribunal to determine the question whether the declaration of the body as the collecting society should be revoked.
