#### 6 Notice requirements for communication of electronic reproduction by library or archives—subparagraph 49(7A)(c)(ii) of the Act For the purposes of subparagraph 49(7A)(c)(ii) of the Act, the following matters are prescribed: (a) that further dealings with the reproduction may infringe copyright; (b) that Division 3 of Part III of the Act affects whether further dealings would infringe copyright.
