55Identity cards—subsection 135ZZQ(1) of the Act

#### 55 Identity cards—subsection 135ZZQ(1) of the Act For the purposes of subsection 135ZZQ(1) of the Act, an identity card must include: (a) the following information: (i) the name of the collecting society; (ii) the name and title of the person to whom the identity card is issued; (iii) the name and title of the person who issued the identity card; (iv) the date on which the identity card is issued; (v) the date on which the identity card will expire (no later than 3 years after the day on which the identity card is issued); and (b) a statement that the identity card has been issued under section 135ZZQ of the Act; and (c) the signature of the person to whom the identity card is issued.
