20 Requirements for notifications and notices

A notification, notice or counter‑notice given for the purposes of a condition in subsection 116AH(1) of the Act must: (a) be in accordance with the form prescribed by this Part; and (b) be given by post or electronic communication to a designated representative of the service provider.
