#### 116 Modified operation of Part VI of the Act in relation to suspended Tribunal orders While an order of the Tribunal is suspended: (a) paragraph 154(6)(a), and subsections 155(8) and (10), of the Act operate as if the order had not been made; and (b) paragraph 154(6)(b) of the Act operates as if the order had not been suspended; and (c) section 159 of the Act does not operate in relation to the order.
