#### 115 Suspension of orders of Tribunal pending reference of question of law to Federal Court of Australia (1) If, after the Tribunal has given its decision in a Tribunal proceeding, the Tribunal refers to the Federal Court of Australia a question of law that arose in the Tribunal proceeding, the Tribunal may suspend the operation of any order it made in the Tribunal proceeding. (2) The Registrar must: (a) give every party to the Tribunal proceeding written notice of the suspension; and (b) if details of the order have been published under a direction given under subsection 62(4)—publish details of the suspension in a manner specified by the President.
