#### 114 Prescribed period for purposes of subsection 161(3) of the Act For the purposes of subsection 161(3) of the Act, the prescribed period (for applying to the Federal Court of Australia for an order that the Tribunal refer to the Court a question of law that the Tribunal has refused to refer after giving its decision in a Tribunal proceeding) is 28 days from the date on which the Tribunal refuses the request for a reference.
