103Dealing with application under section 100

#### 103 Dealing with application under section 100 (1) The Tribunal must consider an application made under section 100 and may make such order in relation to the application as the Tribunal considers reasonable in the circumstances. (2) However, the Tribunal: (a) must not refuse the application in whole or in part without giving the applicant an opportunity to present a case; and (b) must not grant the application in whole or in part without giving each party that lodged an objection to the application an opportunity to present a case.
