#### 100 Application for order about matter related to Tribunal proceeding (1) A party to a Tribunal proceeding (except an application to be made a party to another Tribunal proceeding) may apply to the Tribunal requesting the Tribunal to make an order with respect to any matter relating to the proceeding. (2) The application must: (a) state the date when the Tribunal proceeding was started and the relevant file number for the proceeding; and (b) set out the circumstances or events giving rise to the application.
