17 Amendments made by the Copyright (International Protection) Amendment Regulations 2024

The amendments of Schedule 3 to these regulations made by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Copyright (International Protection) Amendment Regulations 2024 apply in relation to: (a) a recording heard in public on or after 1 January 2025; and (b) a broadcast made on or after 1 January 2025.

Note: Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Copyright (International Protection) Amendment Regulations 2024 commences on 1 January 2025.
