248T  Destruction or delivery up of unauthorised recordings   The court before which a person is charged with an offence against this Part may, whether the person is convicted of the offence or not, order that any article in the possession of the person that appears to the court to be:  (a) an unauthorised recording of a performance, or a copy of such a recording; or  (b) a plate or recording equipment used, or intended to be used, for making an unauthorised recording of a performance, or copies of such a recording; be destroyed or delivered up to the performer or performers concerned or otherwise dealt with in such manner as the court thinks fit.
