248DPrivate and domestic use

248D  Private and domestic use   For the purposes of this Part, a cinematograph film is taken not to have been made for the private and domestic use of the person who made it if it is made for the purpose of:  (a) selling it, letting it for hire, or by way of trade offering or exposing it for sale or hire; or  (b) distributing it, whether for the purpose of trade or otherwise; or  (c) by way of trade exhibiting it in public; or  (d) broadcasting the film; or  (e) causing the film to be seen or heard in public.
