138 Constitution of Tribunal The Copyright Tribunal established by the section for which this section was substituted by section 138 of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 1) 1982 continues in existence as the Copyright Tribunal of Australia but shall consist of a President, and such number of Deputy Presidents and other members as are appointed in accordance with this Division.
