113T  Voluntary licences  (1) Nothing in this Division affects the right of the owner of the copyright in copyright material to grant a licence authorising any use of that material by the body administering an educational institution.  (2) Nothing in this Division affects the right of a performer in a performance (within the meaning of Part XIA) to authorise the body administering an educational institution:  (a) to make, or cause to be made, a sound recording or a cinematograph film of the performance; and  (b) to communicate, or cause to be communicated, that recording or film.
