21 Indemnification of certain persons

A member of the Board or another person, exercising in good faith a function in relation to trust property pursuant to this Act or any by-law, and their executors and administrators, are entitled to be indemnified out of trust property against all expenses and liabilities incurred by them in connection with the exercise of the function.
