#### 8 All contracts for sale of land—implied terms relating to land tax 8 All contracts for sale of land—implied terms relating to land tax > For the Act, section 52A(2)(b), the following terms are prescribed— > > > (a) if the contract specifies a date for the completion of the contract— > > > > > (i) if the date is 14 days or less after the day on which the contract is made—the term in Schedule 3, section 2, or > > > > > (ii) if the date is more than 14 days after the day on which the contract is made—the term in Schedule 3, section 3, > > > (b) if the contract does not specify a date for completion of the contract— > > > > > (i) if the parties to the contract agree on a date for completion that is 14 days or less after the day on which the contract is made—the term in Schedule 3, section 2, or > > > > > (ii) if the parties to the contract agree on a date for completion that is more than 14 days after the day on which the contract is made—the term in Schedule 3, section 3, or > > > > > (iii) if the parties to the contract do not agree on a date for completion—the term in Schedule 3, section 3.
