11 All contracts for land and house packages
> > (1) For the Act, section 52A(2)(b), the term in Schedule 3, section 8 is prescribed if—
> >
> > > (a) the contract is a contract for the sale of a lot in a deposited plan, and
> >
> > > (b) the contract provides for—
> > >
> > > > (i) the erection by the vendor of a dwelling house on the lot, or
> > >
> > > > (ii) the sale of an existing dwelling house, and
> >
> > > (c) an occupation certificate is required under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203), section 6.9 to commence occupation or use of the dwelling house.
