8 Prohibited businesses for conveyancers
A conveyancer must not carry on, or be employed in –
(a) a real estate agency; or
(b) the business of mortgage broking; or
(c) any business where the conveyancer’s duties include the provision of mortgage finance.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
